Karen Lucas
Every artist can take the same subject and interpret it differently. I love to take the common everyday world and with the power of color, made it something special and fantastical.
My favorite subjects include seascapes and waterfalls. I welcome
the challenge of taking a flat surface and through the use of color and line, create movement.
I hope you'll find peace and serenity in my paintings and that they will ease your concerns of the everyday world ...
Karen uses the materials that she
feels will suit the subject - oils, acrylics, watercolor or
pastel chalk.

Tim Wistrom
Tim has been a professional artist all his life, working with acrylic paint on canvas. His eye for detail reflects his love for the sea and nature, making his work widely popular. With his main focus of marine scenes with fishing boats, lighthouses and mountains, Tim has often included a specific ship, commissioned by a customer. During the mid-1980's he developed his surrealistic style, depicting some of our current ecological concerns. Many of these works are scenes from the Pacific Northwest, which has been Tim's home for about 20 years.
Each year Tim will choose a few of his new paintings to issue as a Limited Edition Print. His editions are very low (some as
few as 250) enabling him to keep his prices affordable. A small edition also means that the market value
increases quickly. In the secondary market, many of his sold-out editions are
re-selling for more than 10 times the original price!
